i. Creating generation of new leads for the business and closing of new and old leads into final sales closures.
ii. Build relationships with existing customers for client servicing.
iii. Study competition to find new ways to retain customers.
iv. Schedule regular meetings with the clients to ensure that they are satisfied.
v. Create plans to address clients’ servicing needs.
vi. Working on clients’ satisfaction and providing after-sales support.
vii. Act as a point of contact for customer complaints and escalate appropriate issues to the management.
viii. Help with the appointment of sales executives.
ix. Ensure proper training and management of performance reports of sales executives.
x. To effectively manage a team of associates and executives under him and be a decision maker for his department.
xi. Setting the sales targets for the business and
allocating the targets to the team.

Salary 7 Lac To 11 Lac P.A.
